Merry Christmas 2008

Gerrard with mummy playing the game of musical chair.
His form teacher Ms Yeo (Kinderland Bangkit) encouraged him.
He was doing well.
When the music stopped, he went to hug mummy.
Never mind, there's always next year.

Gerrard looks at daddy and mummy instead of focusing on his singing.

Gerrard enjoys the rest of the performance by the older children on mummy's lap.

Gerrard with his teacher Ms Tan (Kinderland Bangkit) after his song performance.

Gerrard enjoys the action of dropping to the floor.

Gerrard was still performing.
He was supposed to be with his friends.
I guess he really wants to show daddy and mummy that he can perform.

Wait a minute... Is that daddy & mummy ??
From the moment he saw us,
Gerrard forgot all about performing and ran to us.
Just as we expected...

Gerrard was happily enjoying his very first Christmas performance.
Little Santa Claus says CHEESE !

Gerrard enjoyed music.
Here is where he sings Jingle bell with passion.

He wants mummy to play musical chair with him.
When the music stops, go to an empty chair and sit down.
Gerrard thinks he should fall to the floor instead.
He had so much fun that day.

Fearsome

Hmmh! Who cares?!

Gerlyn is kind of difficult to handle. Tears are for free...
Behaves like koala bear now. Clinging to people, especially mummy. Because having cold, she has the cold rub. So she has this eucalyprus smell like the koalas.
She's quite poor thing. Whenever Gerrard gets the germs, she will have a share too. Hopefully that will build up her immunity over time.

Hair raising haircut

Cheezz
Gerrard had his hair cut last Friday. Initially we wanted a trim. He fought galliantly against the fearsome shears of the auntie. After validating the dangers involved, we decided to switch to the much safer electric shaver. And hence, the botak hair style!

JB Trip

As mentioned in the earlier blog entry, we brought Gerrard out on a trip to JB while leaving Gerlyn to my auntie.
It was a trip out for my dad to play friendly basketball with a JB team. Turned out to be an excursion for Gerrard.
Give me my food!

It turned out to be a picnic for Gerrard.

Where's my food?!

Somebody please turn on the lights!

Batman?

Singapore Flyer

Wah, I get to see the handsome guys from here?

This is full of ABCs. But I can't read a single word!

Two creatures onboard!

The Nigerian Uncle shook while taking this family portrait...

Exciting!

As part of Teachers' Day promotion, teachers will go up the Singapore Flyer for free. Children below the age of three will be free too. So, in conclusion, the whole family of four went up for free!!!
Anyway, they are too young to know what's going on...

Racial Harmony Day

Gerrard with Ms Tan and Auntie

Ms India and Mr India?

Totally Indian, except for the shoes...

Well, this year for Racial Harmony Day, I dressed Gerrard up. This set was bought last year.

My colleadue, Elangovan, helped me purchase this wehn our staff went to Little India. Couldn't do that time as I was heavily pregnant.

Nice taste, Elango!

I bought a Malay suit for him during Hari Raya, and he shall be Mr Malaysia next year!
